To begin each project with the end in mind, we must start with a concept! We bring your project to life through our 'TBD Technique' Conceptual Design Development process and life-like Renderings.
This is the beginning step of our Design Plan Process. We will schedule two appointments, a 90 minute Launch Meeting on-site at your location and a final 60 minute, in-person, appointment to present your Conceptual Design.
We begin with this deep dive focus meeting to ensure we have captured your lifestyle in the design and then will craft and render your concept, for ONE space.
The 90 minute Launch Meeting includes:

Ideation Session
Floor Plan Red Lines (if necessary)
Project Vision Board
Sample Materials and Finishes
Preliminary Design Plan Visual

During your final 60 minute Presentation Meeting, we will provide a detailed Design Concept and Rendering for your ONE space, to prepare you for your next step in your project! The lay-out, design and rendering that will be provided is intended for use during the preliminary design stage of your project.
Have another room, and need more time for design. Absolutely, we can add-on to this service by room for as many as you need.
HOW IT WORKS
Step One
You will begin by purchasing the Conceptual Design Consultation (on this page) to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column you will find your menu. Please APPROVE all items in your 'FILES & MEDIA' so that we may move to the next step.
Once all 'FILES & MEDIA' have been checked APPROVED you will receive a Services Agreement (Contract) in your Studio requiring signature.

Step Two
Once the Welcome Packet and Services Agreement have been signed, we are ready for your 90 minute Launch Meeting!
Use the Appointment tab to view Tanna’s calendar and book your 90 minute appointment.

*Oversized rooms will be considered more than ONE SPACE and require add-on services.
*New Construction Projects and/or Large Remodel Projects with multiple rooms will require add-on services.
*Package details for extra small rooms, such as a Powder Room, will be handled on a case by case basis.
